By accessing or using Playcrew, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

Playcrew provides a team management platform for youth sports organizations, including features for scheduling, RSVPs, communication, and statistics tracking.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Parents/guardians may create managed profiles for their children

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

Premium Features

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Playcrew is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
